The location was great. the gardens were very beautiful. the bar staff were lovely. Housekeeping was also great. breakfast servers were attentive and helpful. the hotel's green grounds were well maintained. the restaurant and bar exhibited beautiful décor. i found the staff very friendly. check-in was easy. room service was also very easy to use. i had no surprises at breakfast.

i enjoyed the beautiful gardens, a real treat. the staff was friendly and helped me find everything i needed. my room had two comfortable armchairs and a coffee table. the complimentary parking was helpful.

quiet room comfortable bed food variety different area

i received an upgrade to a suite upon arrival (i was actually surprised). the room was quiet, with no noise from outside, even though there was a wedding party in the restaurant. the bed was very comfortable. the breakfast offered a large variety of food choices and different areas to sit.

i did have to request fresh water for the room one day, a slight inconvenience.

helpful personnel easy travel

The personnel were very helpful. All personnel employees were helpful! The busses stop right outside the hotel so travel was easy.

the location IS convenient if you need to be near the university though there's not much else within walking distance.
