The location was great. the gardens were very beautiful. the bar staff were lovely. Housekeeping was also great. breakfast servers were attentive and helpful. the hotel's green grounds were well maintained. the restaurant and bar exhibited beautiful décor. i found the staff very friendly. check-in was easy. room service was also very easy to use. i had no surprises at breakfast.

i received an upgrade to a suite upon arrival (i was actually surprised). the room was quiet, with no noise from outside, even though there was a wedding party in the restaurant. the bed was very comfortable. the breakfast offered a large variety of food choices and different areas to sit.

i did have to request fresh water for the room one day, a slight inconvenience.
